At Providence Baptist Church, evangelism is central to who we are. We exist to make disciples, transform lives, and impact communities through the saving message of Jesus Christ. Our Evangelism & Missions Ministry embodies this calling by faithfully obeying the Great Commission given by our Lord:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19–20).
We believe the gospel is the power of God for salvation (Romans 1:16), and we are committed to sharing that message both locally and beyond. Evangelism is not simply an event — it is a lifestyle of witnessing, serving, and living out the love of Christ in our daily interactions.
Through this ministry, we:
Equip members to confidently share their faith
Organize community outreach initiatives
Engage in local and regional mission efforts
Support partnerships that extend the gospel beyond Liberia
Demonstrate Christ’s compassion through acts of service
As a church rooted in faith and committed to community transformation, we recognize that true evangelism speaks and serves. We proclaim Christ boldly while demonstrating His love practically — believing that lives are changed when people encounter Jesus personally.
Our prayer is that Providence Baptist Church will continually be a sending church — raising disciples who go into homes, schools, workplaces, and nations as ambassadors of Christ.
